Payment Options

Early Registration Discount ends June 1, 2023.

You have to option to pay in full or to pay a deposit now and the rest via installments. After registering, within a few days you will receive an email with a link from Partial.ly where you can set the schedule for remaining payments.

Occupancy Options

Single Occupancy

There are a limited number of private rooms available for single occupancy or a couple. Private rooms have a queen or two single beds (please indicate preference in registration form.) Bathrooms are shared.

Shared Occupancy

Most of the beds at the Ralston Retreat Center are shared occupancy with twin or queen size beds. Some rooms have two beds, some have three or even four. If there is someone you would like to share a room with, please indicate on the registration form. Bathrooms are shared.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel before July 15: full refund less $500

• Cancel after July 15: non-refundable

*Note for payment plans: If less than the non-refundable amount has been paid toward the tuition balance, no refund is due and withdrawals will continue until non-refundable amount has been paid.
